Connor Sheridan
Talent Recruitment Partner
Connor is a Talent partner here at Integ, he specialises in candidate generation and management within Finance & Accounting. Having a background of recruiting and managing teams deployed into clients undergoing transformation projects Connor understands that the candidate journey is key, Not only does he unearth the best talent in the market but he will work with them through different points of their career ensuring he is a true partner, advising, guiding and helping them achieve career ambitions.
Outside of work, Connor enjoys a variety of sport and challenges having recently completed an Ironman triathlon and previously represented the GB rowing team winning a world championship as part of the men’s 8.
Jared Sheridan
Recruitment Solutions Partner
Jared is a Recruitment partner here at Integ, he specialises in outside the box recruitment solutions for a range of clients from start up’s to global blue chip organisations. Having joined Integ from a global executive search business Jared will be using his wealth of experience to ensure the best possible solutions are met for both candidate and client. Jared is a firm believer in proactively building long term relationships by spending time understanding people, companies and the challenges they may face at different points of their journeys.
Outside of work, Jared embodies elite performance with international medals in rowing, ironman competitions and ultra endurance cycle races.
John Mclaughlin
Founder - Managing Director
Over the past 10 years, John has successfully launched and grown businesses within larger organisations, progressing from a consultant specialising in senior finance appointments to his current role as Managing Director at Integ. He has delivered a range of retained and contingent solutions for both SMEs and blue-chip clients. Having built multi-million-pound businesses and recruited, trained, and retained top consultants across the UK, John has seen firsthand what it’s like at the top and firmly believes there’s a better way for clients, candidates, and employees.
Outside of work, John enjoys spending time with his two young sons, Theo and Finlay, his partner Harriet, and cheering on Luton Town at Kenilworth Road.
